Wet Build Glassblock installation

The standard size is 190x190x80mm which comes in a large range of styles, colours  and finishes throughout the design pegasus ,mendini and basic ranges .

There are 25 glassblocks per square metre, and are built in Vertomalta white or grey mortar which is used for bedding and grouting of the glassblock panel , each process is to be carried out seperatley .

There are various sizes of spacers available depending in your taste and application, they include 16mm,10mm, 5mm and a neat 2mm joint which is very good for curved panels .

Each panel should be reinforced with 6mm round bar stainless steel reinforcing rods which are to be run horizontaly and vertically throughout the panel .
